Google Single Sign-On (SSO)
Almanax lets you sign in with your Google Workspace or Gmail account. No extra passwords to remember and you get instant access if your company already uses Google.
Why use Google SSO?
- One-click login – sign in with the Google account you already use every day.
- Less password sprawl – you never create an Almanax-specific password.
- Faster onboarding – new teammates can log in as soon as their Google email is added to your Org.
Enabling Google SSO
- Click Log In → Continue with Google on the sign-in page.
- Choose the Google account you want to use.
- Grant Almanax permission to read basic profile and email.
- You’re in – your new Almanax user record is created automatically.
Note • The very first user to sign in with a company email domain automatically gets a Personal Organization.
• An admin can later invite that user to a shared Organization or create one.
Switching from password login
If you originally signed up with email + password you can still enable Google:
- Log out.
- On the login screen choose Continue with Google.
- Use the same email address – Almanax will merge the accounts.
That’s it – next time just click the Google button.
